Data status

Every source behind HaulierScope, the date it describes, how old that is today, and when we last checked for a newer version. When a source is old, our pages say so.

This data comes from the DVSA file dated 7 September 2026 (30 days ago). Our latest check for a newer file is overdue (last check 3 October 2026).

How we keep the dates honest

  • Every data page names the DVSA file date it shows. We never call our data live or real-time.
  • When the DVSA file is more than 9 days old, data pages carry a dated note. After 16 days we also stop saying “no change” or “this week”.
  • If our own twice-daily check is late (more than a day and a half), we say that too, rather than show an old check date as recent.
  • We say “no notice” or “no decision” about a company only when that source is loaded and read within the last 5 days. Otherwise the page says the source is not loaded yet, or behind.
  • The same figures are available as JSON at /api/status.
