It describes the register on the last day of the month. We flag a load as overdue after 45 days. We never call our data live or real-time. - When the DVSA file is more than 9 days old, data pages carry a dated note. After 16 days we also stop saying “no change” or “this week”. - If our own twice-daily check is late (more than a day and a half), we say that too, rather than show an old check date as recent. - We say “no notice” or “no decision” about a company only when that source is loaded and read within the last 5 days.
