A petition can be dismissed; the notice says what was published, on its date. ### Why a licence can still be listed The DVSA operator licence file and the Companies House register are separate public registers, updated on their own timetables. A licence stays in the DVSA file (here, the file dated 7 October 2026) until the Traffic Commissioner records a change, so the two can differ for a while. What happens to a licence is a matter for the Traffic Commissioner. This page reports what the registers show on their dates. It is not a finding about any operator or its conduct.
