# Operator licence badge and search widget

> Show your operator licence status on your website with a free badge that updates when the DVSA file changes, or add our licence search box to your site.

For your website

Show customers that your licence is valid, and let them check it in one click. Or give your own visitors a search box for every GB goods vehicle and PSV operator licence. Both are free.

Add one line of HTML to your website and it shows your operator licence status from the latest DVSA file. When the file changes, the badge changes too.

The badge shows the licence number and its status in the newest DVSA file we hold: valid, curtailed, suspended, not in the file, or not yet mapped. It never shows a name or an address.

It refreshes within an hour of a new DVSA file. Keep the link text as it is: the badge is a status check, not an advert.
